Mobile App Privacy

Privacy for Mix it Right, Log it Right, and Fix it Right.

Last updated: 2 June 2026

Short Version

Mix it Right and Fix it Right mainly keep your records on your device. Log it Right can sync your account, properties, operators and spray jobs with the Log it Right backend so the same records can be used in the app and on the website. The apps are not built with ads or cross-app tracking SDKs.

Mix it Right

Mix it Right stores spray calculations, tank sizes, water rates, areas, chemical names, rates, saved sheets, app settings, custom chemical entries, imported spray sheet files, and imported or downloaded chemical library data.

If you enter a chemical feed URL, Mix it Right downloads that JSON feed from the URL you provide. The app stores the downloaded chemical data and the feed URL so it can show the library in the app.

Log it Right

Log it Right stores spray job records, including dates, growers, operators, paddocks, crops, tank mixes, products, recommendations, spray unit details, nozzle and pressure details, weather observations, notes, archived job status, and imported Mix it Right jobs.

Log it Right also stores account information needed for sign in and sync, such as your name, email address, property access, operator invites, subscription status, and account settings. People with access to the same property may be able to see that property's shared spray records.

Log it Right can use your approximate current location to fetch weather for a spray record. It uses Apple weather services where available and may fall back to another weather service using the coordinates needed for the lookup. The returned weather values and source label are stored with the job record.

Fix it Right

Fix it Right stores groups, vehicles, machinery names, odometer readings, engine-hour readings, service records, service schedules, service items, parts, descriptions, notes, and photos you choose to attach to service items.

Photos are selected by you using Apple PhotosPicker. The selected image is compressed and stored with the service item. The app does not need access to your whole photo library for this feature.

Storage

The apps use local Apple storage such as SwiftData, UserDefaults, app support files, temporary export files, and an app group shared between Mix it Right and Log it Right. Log it Right also syncs selected account, property and job data with its backend when you are signed in. If you use iCloud backup, device migration, Files, AirDrop, Mail, Messages, or another service, copies you create may be handled by those services.

Subscriptions

Log it Right may require an active subscription to create properties. Payments may be handled by Apple or Stripe. The app stores subscription status needed to unlock access, but payment card details are handled by the payment provider.

Sharing And Exports

Mix it Right can export spray sheet and chemical library files. Log it Right can export spray job PDF reports from the app or website. These files are only created when you choose to save, export, share, or import them.

Support Email

If you contact support from inside an app, we receive whatever you choose to send. Some support emails may include basic app and device details, such as app name, app version, build number, device model, and iOS version.

Deleting Data

You can delete or reset records inside the apps where those controls are provided. Log it Right account deletion is available from the app. You can also remove local app data by deleting the app from your device. Files, PDFs, emails, backups, or shared copies outside the app may need to be deleted separately.
