Overview
These terms cover the Do It Right Tools website and the apps Mix it Right, Log it Right, and Fix it Right. By using the website or apps, you agree to use them responsibly and only where it is lawful and safe to do so.
Practical Tools, Not Professional Advice
The apps are record keeping, calculation, and workflow tools. They do not replace product labels, safety directions, agronomic advice, mechanical advice, legal requirements, workplace procedures, or your own judgement.
You are responsible for checking chemical labels, rates, withholding periods, weather conditions, equipment setup, local rules, safety requirements, and the accuracy of any record or report before relying on it.
Accounts And Property Access
Log it Right uses accounts for synced property records. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for making sure invited operators are meant to access the property records you share with them.
Owners and admins can manage property access. If your access is removed, you may no longer be able to view or edit that property's synced records.
By signing in, creating an account, joining a property, or continuing to use Log it Right, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions And Payments
Log it Right may require an active subscription to create properties or use some synced features. Payments may be handled through Apple in-app purchase or Stripe checkout. Subscription availability, renewal, cancellation and refunds may be subject to the payment provider's rules.
Invited operators may be able to access a property paid for by an owner or admin. That does not give them ownership of the subscription or the property account.
Your Records
You own the information you enter into the apps. You are responsible for making sure records are accurate, complete, backed up where needed, and exported or shared with the right people.
PDF reports, exported files, shared sheets, and support messages may contain the information you entered. Check them before sending them anywhere.
Backups Are Your Responsibility
Individual users, property owners, admins, operators, farms, businesses, and any person relying on the records are responsible for keeping their own backups of important information.
Log it Right may sync records between the app, website, and backend, but sync is not a guaranteed backup service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Do It Right Tools and Ben Perry are not responsible for lost, deleted, corrupted, incomplete, unavailable, or unsynced records, files, reports, exports, backups, or account data.
Acceptable Use
Do not use the website or apps to break the law, interfere with the service, attempt to access another user's data, upload harmful content, abuse support channels, or misrepresent records.
Availability And Sync
The website, sync, weather, subscription and login features depend on internet access and third-party services. They may be unavailable, delayed, or inaccurate at times. Keep your own backups of important records.
Updates And Changes
The apps and website may change over time. Features may be added, changed, paused, or removed. These terms may also be updated, and the latest version will be posted on this page.
No Warranty
The website and apps are provided as practical tools, but they are provided without a promise that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every job, property, machine, chemical, or legal requirement.
Nothing in these terms excludes any rights that cannot legally be excluded, including any non-excludable consumer guarantees that may apply.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Do It Right Tools and Ben Perry are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, business, production, crop, chemical, machinery, compliance, data, backup, subscription, access, or financial loss connected with using, being unable to use, or relying on the website, apps, sync, weather data, calculations, reports, exports, imports, records, or support.
This includes losses caused by incorrect entries, incorrect calculations, missed records, unavailable services, login issues, payment issues, weather data issues, product or rate mistakes, property access changes, deleted accounts, archived jobs, exported reports, or decisions made from using the website or apps.
