Overview

This policy covers the Do It Right Tools website and the apps Mix it Right, Log it Right, and Fix it Right. It explains what information is stored, when information may be synced or shared, and how support and subscription features work.

What The Apps Store

Mix it Right stores spray calculation details you enter, such as tank size, water rate, area, chemical names, rates, saved sheets, custom chemicals, downloaded chemical libraries, app settings, and imported spray sheet or chemical library files.

Log it Right stores account and spray job information you enter, such as your name, email address, properties, property operators, job dates, growers, operators, paddocks, crops, tank mixes, products, recommendation details, spray unit details, nozzle and pressure information, weather observations, notes, archived job status, imported Mix it Right jobs, and generated report data.

Fix it Right stores machinery and service information you enter, such as groups, vehicles, machinery names, odometer or engine-hour readings, service records, service schedules, parts, descriptions, notes, and photos you choose to attach to service items.

Where Data Is Kept

Mix it Right and Fix it Right are designed primarily around local device storage. Log it Right stores records locally on your device and can also sync account, property, operator, job and subscription status data with the Log it Right backend so the same property records can be used on the app and website.

The apps may use local Apple storage such as SwiftData, UserDefaults, Application Support files, temporary export files, and an app group shared between Mix it Right and Log it Right. The apps are not built with advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs.

If you use iCloud backup, device migration, Files, AirDrop, Mail, Messages, or another Apple or third-party sharing option, copies of your data may be handled by those services under their own terms and privacy policies.

Accounts, Sync, And Property Access

Log it Right uses accounts so properties and spray jobs can sync between the iOS app and the website. When you create an account, sign in, create a property, invite an operator, accept an invite, edit a job, archive a job, or sync records, that information is sent to the Log it Right backend.

People with access to the same property may be able to see records for that property. Owners and admins can manage access. Operators should only be invited if they are meant to see and work with the property records.

Subscriptions And Payments

Log it Right may require an active subscription to create properties. Payments may be handled by Apple for in-app purchases or Stripe for website checkout. We receive subscription status information needed to unlock or manage access, but payment card details are handled by the payment provider.

Location And Weather

Log it Right can use your approximate current location to fill weather details for a spray job. This happens when you use the weather feature or enable weather auto-fill. The app asks iOS for when-in-use location access.

Log it Right uses Apple weather services where available. If that cannot provide the result, the app can request weather from a fallback weather service using the location coordinates needed for the weather lookup. The app stores the returned weather values, such as temperature, humidity, wind, conditions, observation time, source label, and Delta T-related values, as part of the spray job record. The app does not keep a separate location history.

Photos

Fix it Right lets you attach a photo to a service item. The app uses Apple PhotosPicker, so you choose the image yourself. The selected image is compressed and stored with the service item record. The app does not need access to your whole photo library for this feature.

Imports, Exports, And Sharing

Mix it Right can import and export spray sheet files and chemical library files. Log it Right can import Mix it Right jobs and export spray job PDF reports from the app or website. These files are created only when you choose to import, export, save, or share them.

When you share a file, PDF, support email, or report through Mail, Messages, AirDrop, Files, or another destination, that destination receives the information you choose to send.

Support Requests

If you contact support from the website or from inside an app, we receive the information you choose to include. App support emails may include basic device and app details, such as app name, app version, build number, device model, and iOS version, so the issue is easier to understand.

The website is hosted by a website hosting provider. Support forms, login pages, subscription pages, and backend services may process the information needed to provide those features and keep the service running.

No Tracking Or Sale

The apps are not built to track you across apps or websites. We do not sell personal information.

Deleting Data

You can delete or reset records inside the apps where those controls are provided. Log it Right account deletion is available from the app. Deleting an account removes access to synced Log it Right account data, but files, PDFs, emails, backups, or shared copies that you created outside the app may need to be deleted from those locations separately.

Children

The apps are not aimed at children and are intended for practical field, spray, and service record keeping.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the apps or website change. The latest version will be posted on this page.
